Can anybody add a drawing of glasses to this picture of TK? BTW TK's closest neighbors to him wrote in their book that despite not needing a prescription he often wore regular glasses as a way to protect his eyes from the elements. And as the Unabomber he wore glasses to break up the shape of his face and make accurate identification more difficult.

On the left is suspect sketch in September 1966 Valerie Percy murder, which happened near area were he grew up in suburban Chicago, and on the right is picture of TK.

It may be the difficult nature of this site, or my lack of tech skills, but could someone make the Percy Suspect Sketch with Picture of TK visible?

And also this picture of a hood with Z like bib front chest piece visible? Hood was recovered from Ted's cabin.

If anyone has any experience with making public records requests under FERPA, please contact me. I am trying to find information about my POI, who claimed to have attended some educational institutions in the Bay Area in 1968-1969. If I understand the law correctly, "directory information" is not subject to the general rule of privacy found in FERPA. But I don't want to mess up this request, so I'd like to talk to anybody who has experience. Thank you.
