He had so many great stories to tell. I showed him a picture of my Honcho suspect, he did recognize his face but didn't remember his name. He asked to have a copy of the picture, which he kept behind his desk. He was such a nice person, RIP Chris!

The next time you come over to visit I need your help posting some pictures I have of the Vallejo speedway! I see that they are asking for any pictures people have?  I have a few to post, I am pretty there was a picture of me as a trophy queen on the old forum that you posted?  I wish I could remember the names of the winning drivers in two of the times I was chosen to be trophy queen? I think one might be John Viel? 

 

Could it be this was how I became the victim of a stalker who claimed to be Zodiac? Or was it because I was a waitress at a few of the main nightclubs in Vallejo and dating a Vallejo cop Buzz Gordon?  ( His nickname was "Flash Gordon",  named after a "comic strip character"!)

His address is interestingly close to the springs/tuolummne phone booth and be nice if that (newspaper ad from 1967? ) pic was clearer. 

EDIT: reason I posted is because I did not think the guy in this newspaper ad was thee “Buzz” Gordon until I actually read earlier (Jun 2021) post by yourself Zam. 
I read obituary for Buzz Gordon and states he worked at PG&E for 36 years, retired in 2002 so he started there in 1966. But this newspaper add is from 1967? at a guess. How could Buzz work at PG&E from 1966-2002 if he was on the police force starting at around 1966-67? Did Buzz have 2 jobs, are there 2 Howard Gordon’s or was there misinformation printed somewhere? Did he have a very very short stay as a policeman? Is it that I’m missing something?
