Moved from old mb.

Don’t mean to hijack this thread, but I don’t think I posted this anywhere else.

I was lucky enough to come across this other card—same brand and style:

I left the handwriting of the sender in there…some similarities, but I don’t think it’s Zodiac. ;)

Tahoe, another interesting find. I think I remember you posting that someplace before. There is some similarities in writing, I agree. Did you get it from Ebay?

Yepper!

The front of the card, as was Zodiac’s, is felt.

Do I dare ask if you know who the seller is, and where they are located?

Montana.

I think I have the name somewhere.

Maybe Ted had a garage sale. :)

…they may be dealing with one or more ersatz Zodiacs–other psychotics eager to get into the act, or perhaps even other murderers eager to lay their crimes at the real Zodiac’s doorstep. L.A. Times, 1969

More to add.

This Cartoon card Has some clues. About what kind of person Zodiac was. Why did he pick This one , from all the cards in a card rack. He did a horrible crime and than he sent this type of joke card . Than the wording sounds more like, a trick someone who is on something or is half drunk, will try.
