As we know Donna Lass was taken from Lake Tahoe, a card was then sent implying that she was buried at Incline Village on the north shore of the lake. Also a Christmas card was received with the quote "St Donna & Guardian of the Pines".
Now what is the connection, Judith Hakari was abducted and then found near Weimar, CA. Weimar is next to Lake of the Pines. At the time Lake of the Pines was a brand new housing development which was still in the process of being finished.
The developers of Lake of the Pines were the very same company that was responsible for Incline Village.

Sorry, Cragle, I know you’re just quoting from what you saw in a topic on
Richard Grinell’s website. (Courtesy PM sent to Richard).
Near as I can tell, it was back in 1998 that a poster called Mignarda first
noticed that ‘Boise Cascade’ and ‘Boise/Interlake’ are not necessarily the
same company;
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic … 0CpAcOpK9I
‘Boise/Interlake‘, the company cited on the ‘Forest Pines’ Incline Village,
Washoe County, NV advertisement apparently seems to be;
"Burmac Development, a California corporation doing business as
Boise/Interlake – Incline Village in 1971" ;
http://www.forestpineshoa.com
http://m.enterprisesca.com/burmac-devel … company.v2
(You’ll note Burmac also had an Illinois address, so possibly(?) there’s an association
with ‘The Interlake Corporation’ a steel Foundry business – "Interlake purchased
the Burmac Corporation, a steel strapping equipment and storage system
manufacturer based in Ottawa, Illinois";
http://www.company-histories.com/The-In … story.html
)
‘Boise Cascade‘, which is noted here in relation to Lake of the Pines, Nevada County, CA;
"In 1968, Boise Cascade merged with U.S. Land. Boise Cascade, which decided to get
out of the development business, subsequently transferred management of and title
to Lake of the Pines to its property owners — a process that closed in early 1972";

(You’ll note that e.g. BOISE CASCADE HOME AND LAND MORTGAGE incorporated
in California, had a registration address in BOISE, IDAHO, so possibly(?) there’s
an association with ‘Boise Cascade’, "a wood products and wholesale distributor
of building materials, headquartered in Boise, Idaho";
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boise_Cascade
"The mid 1960s brought an even more diverse portfolio including"…"involvement
in real estate and recreation projects." )
I noticed this months back, but I figure if this point is going to get repeated
sometimes, we might as well note this information for the record here now.
Cheers

No disrespect but I can honestly say that I am not quoting information from Richards website, I included the link for additional reading on the topic.

From your research examples of newspapers shown in your post above,
I agree now that your statement above is proved true, i.e Boise Cascade
were developers of Lake of the Pines (or a large chunk of it), and also
developers of Incline Village, which is stated as a developement of size
9000 acres i.e. a bit more than 36 square kilometres (so apparently all
of the total Incline Village land area back at that time).
Readers will probably consider it somewhat fussy of me, but I would note
that this does not disprove the information I cited that suggested that
‘Boise/Interlake’ was not necessarily the same company as ‘Boise Cascade’
– if you inspect the ‘Forest of the Pines’ advertisement picture cited here;
viewtopic.php?f=70&t=10#p13
it is apparent that ‘Forest of the Pines’ is a much smaller development, and
if you account for the area off the North West of Juanita Drive that is shown
as an irregular 6 sided shape (by considering that shape as an eqivalent
rectangle, which would make it’s area size to be approximately, ballpark,
240 m X 140 m, i.e 33600 square metres) which is 0.0336 square kilometres,
then it would seem that the company Boise/Interlake was developing a very
small portion of Incline Village – so Boise/Interlake was possibly a smaller
sub-developer of perhaps only the ‘Forest of the Pines’ condominiums parcel
of land, which was a very small portion of the total land development area
that all of which actually belonged to the company Boise Cascade.
