That I-45 corridor is a tough one considering the number of murders , am I right in thinking that’s the ‘Texas killing fields’ area or have I got my highways mixed up?

The Miller letter is interesting, the girl goes missing 10years after the Red Phantom letter and it’s mentioned in an almost off-hand way in the letter, I would expect a hoaxer to be less subtle (rather like the ‘z’ near the checkers on the top right of the envelope, that’s a lot more clumsy). Has Traveller or anyone else done any work matching that letter to Z at all? I think it shows more promise than the reward demand from the other crime, but some things also don’t ring true. Certainly worth a look imo, I’m willing to give it a go if it’s not already been done/ no-one else with more experience fancies losing another couple of hours out of their life (I’d love to know how many hours Traveller has clocked up on his analyses, he must be as qualified as a true ‘expert’ by now surely, 10,000 hours is the benchmark I believe ).

The handwriting on it has been heavily traced,so i don’t know how easy it is to compare. Somebody said that the writing is done in such a way to match the sign or business card of Corvette Concepts in League City. Corvette concepts was the site or a triple homicide. In fashioning the writing to match the corvette concepts sign/business card, the writer seemed to be linking themselves to the corvette murders. We have seen Zodiac do this. In the letter to Belli, it was discovered by Ricardo if memory serves, that Zodiac changed his writing to mimic the house number on Belli’s house, meaning he likely was there at some point.

The flip side of the letter with the pasted magazine pieced also fits the questioned Lass letters-

*Made from cut out pieces of newspaper/magazine

*There is a message to the reader from either the top, or the bottom, so like a playing card, you could turn either end up and read a message. This is a highly unusual feature that I have ever only seen done before this letter, on the Lass mailings.

*The writer(paster)basically says, police will never catch him

*Upsdide down cross resembles Zodiac symbol

*Refers to themselves as Phantom

*Mentions that they left fake clues,’SuperFudge’,much like Zodiac used airplane glue according to him

The letter smacks of zodiac, without mentioning Zodiac. The subject matter, words, phrasing clues, etc of this letter, as well as that of the Lindy Sue Biechler letter, are the two best examples I have seen to date of letters very similar to zodiac.

Traveller1st is welcome to look at the writing in this letter, but I don’t know how well he would do due to heavy tracing, and what may be eraser marks.

Here’s some links to articles on the corvette murders-

Like Zodiac at Berryessa, the corvette murderer used both a knife & gun. Unless there was more than one killer, it would be hard to kill multiple people with a knife, that is unless you controlled them with a gun, and then stabbed them. The guy that was shot, police theorize, may have walked in on the crime. The lack of motive in the case is what makes it so interesting.

This is a good site about the I-45 killings, and has good info on Laura Lynn Miller-

Trav,if you want to take a stab at it, here you go,again, I don’t know what you will find,as I see signs of tracing and possible eraser use

Sounds like the Halloween card matching the Peek-A-Boo business card. And the handwriting, to me anyways, looks like the work of a tattoo artist. The word SERIOUS especially looks like the writing of a tattoo artist. I have DEMON CORE on my arm and the way it is written it very similar. They write slower since they are using a needle and there is more wet ink than you get from a normal pen. This letter looks like it had a lot of ink, perhaps an older pen that is dipped in ink? Dripping pen? The use of BLUE FUZZ is also interesting.

A few minutes ago on a toilet not very far, far away….
