Hi, I was just wondering if the semi-circle pencil marks on a few of the Zodiac Letters were done by investigators looking for finger and palm print clues or if that was how it was mailed? Thank you and have a good day. Was wondering what type of paper the letter was printed on if anyone knows? I found some symbols on top of the 340 cipher and on the borders if you zoom in, maybe its computer artifacts idk, every clue helps.

I found out about the pencil marks for you all, disregard the pencil marks on some letters. Investigation marks.
