Does anybody have any idea how to find if someone held a nursing license in California if that license has expired? I spoke with the California licensing agency and perused their website, but it appears only current licenses are searchable.

My POI has a block of time from basically 1960 to 1970 where his location or activities cannot be verified. I have a suspicion that he was a nurse.

Regardless whether my POI is Z or not, it would still be useful to have that access. Maybe there’s a male with RH initials, for instance.
