The image here is marked as 7 1/2 long by 8 1/16 wide. I think.
If you read the report from Sheriff Randol – fourth paragraph states 8 wide but length unknown. Torn top and bottom. Hence the teletype paper theories. I’m not sure if this was ever conclusively confirmed but that’s what I have/can remember so far. Hope that helps.
