I’m not saying it makes this individual a suspect, by far. It is interesting, however.

When I lived in SF with no car, I found that most parts of the city are within about a 20 min walk. I am a faster-than-average walker — but relatively speaking, over a mile is not necessarily minute.

Well, the surface area of SF is 47 square miles. While I’ll conceed it isn’t minute, it is coincidentally close by in relation to the whole city
