That site is filled with misinformation, especially made-up quotes. However, that magazine story wasn’t photoshopped. I am however skeptical of the alleged relative. Cheri’s mother was not living nearby, her father was at the beach and her brother was in Florida. Also none of them called her "Cheri Jo."

No one said they saw her at 5:30, the student said HE was outside at 5:30 waiting for the library to open, and saw her IN the library after it opened. There is nothing at all indicating she went to the library, left, then came back.
