A FEW of the watch gears are a pedulum with weights on one side . and because these gears are heavy on 1 side they break the shaft easily which could explain the difference.

I have 2 questions. 1: the time showing on the watch when found at the crime scene showed 9:07 am (the morning after as it kept its time). So the groundskeeper found Cheri’s body at 6:30 am. The police station is relatively close, so why did it take over 2.5 hours to take photo of the watch and crime scene? Or is this a normal amount of time?
Also 2: what were the subjects of the 3 library books that was on the front seat of her Volkswagen ?
