Very rare to see Armstrong talking. Trying to remember if I have ever heard him speak before or not.

Thank you Seagull for locating and posting the video. I found the second clip dated 10/16/69 to be interesting. In this clip a Napa Sheriff states that it appears to them that the Zodiac knows exactly where he will be, what he will be doing, how he will do it, how it will all end and so forth. Basically they know he is planning things and perhaps much time in advance. This planning could be the crime locations, the places he makes his calls, the days he mails his letters, the route he takes, the specific words he uses, etc. To say this and then state "It appears to us that he is killing just for the thrill of killing." is utter BS. If the Zodiac has gone so far to plan every minute detail, which I also believe, then he has a mission and purpose other than the sheer thrill of killing. They know a hell of a lot more than they are letting on. I hope you are able to find more like this. Thank you.

One thing about Armstrong is that he refuses to speak to any amateur investigator. I’ve tried to get him to talk many times in many ways and even had his email address given to me at one point years ago. He never replied to anything I sent to him. I even had Ken Narlow set a tentative phone conversation up in 2006 when I was on there but Armstrong never contacted me. I know what his reasoning is: He doesn’t want to contaminate himself if he is ever called as a witness in a trial of someone who may be arrested someday and put on trial. But he is almost 90 years old and I wish he would write a book or speak to someone and tell what he knows about the case before all of that is lost to everyone forever.
