Hi all,
I have noticed quite a few similarities in the handwriting on Zan Stark postcards and Zodiac’s handwriting. Zan Stark was a postcard photographer who produced postcards from the early 1930s until the mid-1950s. These postcards are famous for their black & white scenic photos and handwritten descriptions in white writing. Zan Stark himself died in 1968 but is it possible that someone else did the actual writing on the cards?
I’m curious to hear your opinions.

The Z forename is notable.
It seems interesting at first. But the act of writing a location on a photograph is profoundly common. It doesn’t seem to me to be anywhere near novel enough to indicate a higher probability of having anything to do with Z.

I know it can’t be Zan Stark as he died too early. However, do we know for sure he did that writing on the cards? Also, there is a possibility Zodiac wasn’t using his own handwriting. I mean, this guy almost left no traces…. It wouldn’t surprise me if he masked his own writing by copying someone else’s. Also, we know that Zodiac was into postcards as he sent quite a few (Halloween Card, presumably ‘Peak Through The Pines’, Celebrity Cypher, Sandy Beaches etc.). The Sandy Beaches one being of particular interest seeing as Zan Stark took lots of pictures of that very same beach.
