Last night I read the full Blue Rock Springs murder police report. There were a few things that struck my curiosity. But the following floored me. And I’d never heard anything about it.
A man driving by the restaurant where Darlene worked on the morning of her death (July 4) reported he saw a woman in the parking lot with a Corvair appearing to get mechanical help with her car from a man.
She was standing talking to a white male, possibly with a van. Her front hood was up. It appeared like the man was helping fix her car.
And check out the description of the man. About 30. About 6 foot. Heavy upper body. Wearing a dark windbreaker. Gray pants What is champagne white hair? Is that red?

So shades of Johns and Bates. Why haven’t I heard this before? Is there something else to it?
Interesting. Had not seen this myself.
For the record, champagne white is kind of a light golden blonde hair – the color of champagne.
