Mageau mine is not the best witness even been very close to zodiac.
Across all his statements with police and TV, mageau always claims that the man witch attack him get out from the car by driver door? I mean, did he say *positive* and consistent among the time that zodiac was driving the car? Or he didn’t really see him until the window.
I have seen the videos of him commenting the event but their words didn’t look to me totally clear about this point.
Also I didn’t find, possible exist, and pd confirming this, I think they couldn’t.

That’s not so important to me,I wish to know if positive he could claim that zodiac was driving the car, and there was no other one in the car (we could not know that there weren’t if he comes from driver seat, but we could be sure that there was if he didn’t).
He could see the the guy crossing over the car lights if he comes from driver seat.
Is something strange, it could be much fast go by drivers side and shoot instead of crossing to the other side.
In previous murder when you look the bodies position, there’s things that don’t like very normal, the driver cross to a short distance to zodiac position based in shell casing position. If you wanna shoot him you don’t want to be a short distance while was pointing a gun, you would like a medium distance to avid the try to hit the gun barrel out of line… In that car we have no witness, here we have. In lake berriesa, if there was other guy with zodiac, is not possible to know, but I’m this case there’s a good chance to have an idea.
