A WM and a WF were arrested, their car searched…what type of car was it? Who are those eye-witnesses?
Suspect was YOUNG, heavy-set and had a brown car.

Both..he AND Dee thought this to be a police officer – why??? Did Dee mention that before she died? Why should MM believe this person to be a police officer..just because of the flashlight?
"It was not loud." What if there actually WAS a silencer on the gun? Police or military weapon access? LHR was close to a police shooting range..

Short curly hair, something between blond and light brown, 195-200 or more (similar to footprint at LB) and a LARGE face.

Age was 26-30 years…no older no younger..
Overall resumée…I wonder how a guy, beefy but not fat, still with a large face AND a brown car comparable to a corvair is not identified so far. IMO there are not so many brown cars driving around, especially with a young guy in it, beeing beefy with an exceptional large face, furthermore using a silencer and knowing about the BRS meeting point.
Also do I wonder about the id of those two that got arrested, what car they had been driving and all those hippies around.
IMO a request to Vallejo PD about some of those issues wouldn’t be that bad..MM was not able to remember the number, maybe one of the hippie could still remember at least the car make or model? Was there a police interview? And with those who got arrested (george?)?

Very true. He also had a mop of thick brown curly hair atop his head Mr Mageau tells us. So the description is as follows:
Race: White
Age: 20 – 25
Hair: Brown and Curly
Mike then views a line up of suspect photo’s and is absolutely sure and confident that this man was the guy who shot him…..

One of the first things Mike mentioned was that the suspect was ‘older than me’.

Mike was born on 10-29-1949. He therefore was 19 yrs. old when the crime had happened. If he says ‘older’, it may be assumed that Z was at least 4-5 years older than him. This places Z to the age of about 23 yrs. or older, thus born in 1945 or earlier. This also means that Z most likely is not present in any 1967 yearbook but would he rather be present in a 1965 yearbook or earlier (not available on classmates). It also places Z to the age of at least 20 yrs. when the CJB crime had happened. Therefore it also makes more sense to go through e.g. 1964 yearbooks instead of those of 1966 or later.
