Reservoir Road, connects to Lake Herman Road and takes you into Benicia.
Could the Z of taken that road? It is a back road that goes into the Refinery Area.

It’s A VERY Old Road in Vallejo.
Here is a little Old History I found on it, from an Old Timer in Vallejo.

It’s a very old road. During WW II there was a small Japanese detention facility on the West side and today, a remnant watch tower is still standing, but just barely. There were two German military prisoners there also and they had the freedom to walk the streets of Benicia but had to check in every night. I would guess it’s about 2 miles long. It was a primary road into Benicia, to E 2nd St., and I think it was most likely built about the same time as the old fort/camel barracks (Watch Tower) in World War 1…. the old Benicia Arsenal. Don’t quote me on the dates please. This was all government, military base encircled by Reservoir Road.

It is remote area and you do not want to get a flat tire out there by yourself.*
