Hi – Recently became interested through the History Channel site and info found online. I have my own theory, of course – doesn’t everyone? Mine is no one I have ever seen mentioned. I am not much of a code breaker but have worked on the 340 cipher, but have had other things take precedence recently. I do find my subject’s name there, but I have to admit that Dave Oranchak does not give it much credence, explaining that he feels anyone can find any name they want there, and I have read a bit about the Caesar shift so that I understand now that I need to be less excited about my theory until and unless I can prove it. And, of course, we all are excitedly on pins and needles waiting now for the DNA tests. I’m impressed by the level of knowledge about the Zodiac on these boards and find the discussions informative and fascinating. I don’t think I can ever hope to catch up to the rest of you. I would appreciate any advice and input assuming the DNA testing does not pan out.
