Thanks for adding me to this fine forum. I lived at Travis AFB in Solano County from 1957 to 1963. I revisited the area in 1967 1968 and 1969. There are aspects to this case that still are puzzling to me, and I often think this might have been a group effort, like the Son of Sam was. There is no axe to grind with me, just curiosity.
