Greetings from flyover country. Cold cases have long intrigued me especially Zodiac and BTK. As a youngster I feared BTK living in Wichita and tru my 20’s I lived in the Bay Area knowing of Zodiac but knew very little of the case. Of course I followed the hunt for BTK and have since turned my attention to Zodiac and was horrified that I knew all the crime scenes from my Bay Area days. I still get back there and have lots of friends in the area. For the past 6 or 7 years I have followed and somewhat studied the Zodiac case becoming familiar with many aspects and theories. Much like everyone else I believed Zodiac was probably from Vallejo, spent time in Riverside, probably active or Ex military, etc, etc. All my theories changed a few years ago after talking to a man I knew but have never had a conversation. During that conversation I thought to myself I’m talking to Zodiac at the very least a definite Person of interest. Hopefully I am wrong, he seems like a good guy and he has a nice family. I would very seriously doubt he was ever considered a suspect but it wouldn’t surprise me if his family or some friends grew suspicious or he thought it possible. There is a lot I don’t know about this man, I have zero evidence, but he definitely fits a realistic profile more than probably 90% of potential suspects and is almost a dead ringer for the Zodiac composite sketch.
