I’m SJ. I’m new to the forum and was about to make a post elsewhere but thought I’d introduce myself first. I have only recently become interested in this case, mostly because I like ciphers, mysteries, and the SF Bay Area. I think what fascinates me most about the Zodiac is the extent to which he was willing to communicate about his crimes in letters, cards, puzzles, and phone calls. What was it that made him feel so confident that he wouldn’t be caught? Why did he think (apparently correctly) that he had the upper hand? Anyway, I’m looking forward to participating!
