Hi everybody,

I’m interested in this case since a few years.
I started with reading the Graysmith book and then going deeper into it by reading forums und watching documentaries.
For me the ciphers are really fascinating, even if I thing there is maybe no chance to crack them.
And on the other hand I’m curious why the Zodiac changed his MO in the Stine murder.

susch: Welcome to the Forum. Since you’re a Deutscher, I have a little tale that might amuse you. Back in the Fifties, I had a friend who traveled to Europe. While in Germany, he’d occasionally visit a Hofbrau Haus, and chat with the locals. When asked what he did in America, he told them "Ich bin ein Amerikaner luftbaloner." Don’t know where he learned that phrase, but it got him a lot of free beers!

PS: I don’t speak German, just a word here and there.

Danke (Thanks) for the friendly welcome :-)
and I love that story.
It helps a lot when you know a few words from a language of a country you visit.
In Europe you need this every few hundred kilometers ;-)
