I’ve been to Lake Herman Rd at midnight, it is very creepy.I got the same feeling at the end of Lake Herman Rd where the reserve naval fleet was docked in Suisan Bay. I spent years thinking Z was a night watchman or an employee there, given its proximity to the first two sites. That theory led nowhere, but I tried.

Anyway, I hope this case gets solved during my lifetime, I really want to know who he is
