Find yourself some tracing paper, a lil strip of scotch tape, (I like using google Earth for marking lines and such but I don’t pin to map) Zoom on in and trace the BORDER and the 6 on the fold of the map first(and then you can zoom in and out after)and keep the same distance when your moving locations on the Phillips map, trace ZK’s words and symbols on the ZK66Map, I wonder if you enlarge the 340 to equal the map? Because I want to check out the bordurs on there as well and see if i get any hits. 3 of 4 hits on the 66 map are in a National Park with my decoder. A person sure would have got a lot of time alone to stare at the stars and have access to maps and materials to work with as a Park Ranger. The victims said he always came out of nowhere and watch my other videos of He’s a Park Ranger and where the victims locashuns and the close proximity to National Parks(he’s always within 2-20 minutes of being ‘homefree’) and watch all my videos, I got new clues and new theories. https://youtu.be/H6Jk6ok8e1Q I got more clews coming that are more fitting for my uther posts. I noticed that in the three things you believe about Zodiac you said you thought he was a stutterer. And in this thread you’ve said you think he might be a park ranger.
We have a suspect that will fit the bill for you. Fred Manalli, he was a stutterer and while not a park ranger he was a fire spotter for the forestry service during fire season in California. They certainly have a lot of time to look into the sky, use maps and know coordinates.
