Here are my questions to the Z nation.
#1,will DNA, really solve the case?
#2,How do I get in touch with LE? Because, ever time I try to make contact I get shut down.I have been told
That it is no longer his Case, because he is retired. But, I do not feel that way.
#3, If, some one come forward? how would that individual be addressed. With hostility and aggression, or with understand
Patience and kindness.

I have more questions, but, those are my first three that come to mind.
To ask the Z nation.

Hi Tiger. Regarding #2. As Zodiac victims pertain to different LE jurisdictions, it is important that you contact the correct one.

Perhaps you could let us know which Z crime you wish to contact LE about?

Several members here will be able to help you, I expect, as they will have made contact with some of the police departments. Morf is the go-to guy for contacting the detective heading up the Vallejo case (Ferrin/Majeau), for instance.

DNA would be a huge deciding factor if DNA was found to match DNA LE had. IF.

I agree with RTF. There is no statue of limitations on murder, therefore, the "Zodiac" case is an open one, no matter what some say. Present your findings briefly and coherently and if it has substance, LE WILL look at it. They have an obligation too. Just don’t send them 20 pages.

Not sure if you are referring to a member here coming forward or Zodiac. :D

If you come here seeking help and guidance, you will receive it. If you come here to gloat, chances are you will be met with a lot of frustrated posts.

…they may be dealing with one or more ersatz Zodiacs–other psychotics eager to get into the act, or perhaps even other murderers eager to lay their crimes at the real Zodiac’s doorstep. L.A. Times, 1969
