I do not know the correct description to decribe what I am asking—–but is there a program to exchange simple alphabet to this. "a b c" to "z y x" etc to make words. Calling out to cipher gurus.

There are several programs which can generate simpler and less simple ciphers from a plaintext. Just google "cipher generator" and that should at least get you started – several freeware programs seem to be available too.

As for more specific advice, I’ll leave that to more competent members of this board.

Not exactly clear what you are asking.

If you want to try to solve the Z 340, our member doranchak has an excellent site called www.zodiackillerciphers.com

There click on the "webtoy" and hit "340" and you will get the unsolved 340. You can then click on a symbol, say the + sign and press your keyboard "l" and it will change all the + to L. (Which is right IMO!)

Is that what you want?
