A strange story, of a guy, David Barnard living in Canyon, Moraga CA. He lived there in the 70’s. Not sure when he first moved there?
He wore a cape & wore his hair like horns. Drove a green VW. Arrested along w this wife- a school psychologist.
Don’t know were he lived previously or worked?
Canyon was a little hippie, party place in the sixty’s. It had a school, post office & etc.
