Mass DNA testing has happened on lots of occasions, lots of different countries lots of different cultures different laws and places of freedoms and liberties. We have seen great results on mass dna testing not only for catching the guilty but prooving of the innocent .. A great thought process from Benny Franklin who wrote “that it is better one hundred guilty persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer.” The first use of DNA shold be to exonerate the innocent which in turn should narrow the field of the guilty.
When someone is accused, they can then give a DNA sample to exonerate themselves.
Imagine how many gaols would be needed if everyones dna was data based and crossed referenced.. imagine the crime rate plummeting imagine the outrage. imagine a brave new world.
Imagine a nation’s $18,000,000,000,000 (18 trillion) debt catching up with it, and their national healthcare system having to, by sheer necessity, prioritize. Imagine that government screening their DNA database to triage who will get the limited health care resources. Imagine anyone with certain markers (pre-diabetes for one example; as time goes by probably hundreds of disease susceptibilities will be identified through DNA) being told that they only qualify for limited health care because there just aren’t enough resources for everyone and their DNA indicates their care will become increasingly costly as they age.
Or, imagine the next Hitler, who will come to power somewhere in this world, eventually, using his DNA database and a SQL query as his "selection" mechanism.

This may have been looked at before…anyways..lots line up but some not.. It was only a mud map..a well drawn mud map at that. Done at ground level and probably by memory. The shops and the servo nearly perfect Would like to see a map from around the 79 era, or when the area was under development.. The rectangle building in bottom right I am presuming is an old pond area converted to water storage. The looped street (Remington loop) perfectly placed as is the long court (town and country road) that turns into (loch lomand way)

Note how the drainage runs past Glendora circuit. The run off from the water tank area on this topo map is on a fairly steep gradient and would have picked up about the same place as earons map. It then runs into the shopping centre and does a loop, maybe going around a building. Also it could be that the park originally went all the way down to Glendora circ This would bring in the two bottom courts nicely and would represent the size of the park to the shopping centre better. The rest of the park has been built in stage two maybe.? lots to like about it..would love to see a 79/80 aerial shot or local road map of the area.. It’s known as town and country Danville.
I lived in Danville in 79/’80. Was just a kid. My Mom, brother, sister, and myself had come home from the movies later in the evening and the door leading from our garage into the house was open. It wasn’t like that when we left. Because of this SOB, we were all terrified to enter the house so we left and called the police. They searched every nook and cranny before we went in the house. It was a scary night…and time.

thanks for that link monarch .. that water tank has been in before 66 so that does not fit. back to the drawing board… that site is a bit like using a time machine and seeing how the area has evolved over time.im sure others would be interested in it, looking back at the areas that Z frequented
