Lionel Ernest Tholmer put bodies to the Colfax / Foresthill area:
Suspect Is Arrested
A suspect in the murder of Cynthia Sparpan a of West Sacramento was arrested Monday night in Oklahoma City, according to the Sacramento sheriff s department. Arreted while he was talking from a public telephone booth to Sacramento County Sheriffs Deputy Judy Cook was Lionel Ernest Tholmer, 27. Tholmer is also a suspect in the death of John B. Meadows, whose burned body was found November 7 in a brushy area near Foresthill. The West Sacramento woman was Cynthia Sparpano, 27, whose body was found in her Manzanita Way home November 5. Sparpana’s three-year-old daughter, Danielle, disappeared after the murder and has not been located.
It is believed the girl may have wandered in and out of the house for as many as three days after her mother’s death. The Yolo County sheriffs department has invoked a little used provision of the law to keep details of Sparpana’s death secret. A similar news blackout has been imposed in the murder of Kevin Kracaw, 36, whose body was found November 10 in the abandoned Capitol Motel. Sparpana’s mother, Linda L. Mullennix, also of West Sacramento, died last Tuesday in the Sutter Hospital at the ageof49. A joint memorial service for the two women was held Saturday at 1 PM in the First Tlnited Methodist Church in Sacramento.
Danielle might be the one found three years later in a dumpster (she is the only missing from Sacramento, according to charleyproject, with such age)? NamUs #UP2391

Wouldn’t be surprised if he was responsible for more Foresthill / Yankee Jim / Colfax victims, not even those mentioned that have not been found.
