It didn’t make me think RPD I have to say, Trav, since I believe they acted correctly in rejecting Z’s attempts to muscle in on their homicide.
No, it made me think "Keystone Cops".

He does a bit pompous. Maybe just his writing style?. As for RPD, it made me think of them in the broader sense taking in everyone’s opinion, right or wrong, regarding that ‘epasode’. I wasn’t making that judgement call myself as such. Thought it was interesting though from the point of view of just how badly LE can handle some things and this was in 2000 and beyond. Just imagine how it could have been back in 69 if such things went on.
