The Wall Street Journal,a couple of years ago wrote a article about new revelation’s in Capote’s In Cold Blood. One guy got in a lawsuit,with the state of Kansas, over materials his father had kept as a detective on the case. The state of Kansas, wanted them back, claiming they were the property of the state, i do not remember how the case ended but the son and another guy wanted to write a new book about the case. Has anyone here on this forum heard about this, and if so, if a release date has been set?
