The prosecutor closed the case and named the "killer", but kind of a bummer as no new evidences were presented. Everything the prosecutor presented were available like 3 weeks after the murder. Basically the killer, who presented himself as a witness, described another witness which could only been seen by the killer himself while running away from the murder. No other witnesses have seen the the named killer. He was was also dressed the same way as the killer.

It is considered as a scandal that the police did not looked into the named killer more than they did 34 years ago. The case is now "closed" as the suspect committed suicide 20 years ago and the police could not link him to a conspiracy.

Speculation will now go on as usual.
