I saw a documentry on Franklin on one of the TV crime channels. He drove around the country shooting interacial couples and other persons of non white race. He built a device to catch the spent shell when they were ejected from his rifle, which baffled LE " where did he shoot from andwhy their weren’t any shells left behind". Franklin was interviewed in prison and was asked if the shootings were sexual in any way and he said "If I wanted to have sex, I would have visited a Prostitute".
