Have you checked the Library of Congress or the US Copyright office to see whether a manuscript has been filed but not published by Dennis Patrick Mower?

DPM’s ego was too big for him to allow information to just die with him…and after all, you don’t have to publish in order to copyright a document…just provide the required number of copies.
