I have come across an interesting find whilst reading an article on Marc Dutroux. In 2009 wikileaks released a 1235-page long prosecution document relating to the case. I speak basic French, no German, but it look to me like it may be in Flemish but that is a guess.
I scanned the document in case anything jumped out, and it did. Starting on page 914 is a table entitled "DECES DE MINEURS" which means ‘death of minors’ according to Google translate. I think this is a list of possible victims of the Dutroux paedophile ring, or at least unsolved cases that they suspect may be linked. It is around 300 names long.
I do not expect anyone to translate a 1235 page document, but if anyone can speak Flemish and wants to expand on the information surrounding this list, the file can be found on wikileaks here:

There is a curious thing that doesn’t quite make sense with it. A girl who managed to escape the ring, known at the time as witness ‘X1′, told police about many children who had been abused or killed, and in many instances she was able to give a name. On the strength of her statements, 4 new cases were opened in the names of Veronique Dubrulle, Christine Van Hees, Carine Dellaert and Katrien de Cuyper. Van Hees’ and Veronique Dubrulle’s names are emboldened but the other two names are not on the list at all. Without understanding any of the other text it is hard to know whether this is for a specific reason or yet another piece of ‘lost’ evidence that plagues the case.
In any case, if anyone is ever researching cases involving a child in Northwest Europe around that time, it’s probably worth checking the list for the name.

The language is French. Page 914 indeed shows a list of deceased minors. One may also search for the term " tue " to find killing events. Disgusting stuff, actually a list of evidence in the Dutroux network case, eg. results of search warrants, interviews etc.

Seriously? This one was large..common pictures with Jacques Chirac, president of France, ties to Omaha, according to Spiegel (renommated magazine) 27 mysterious deaths of witnesses in advance of his trial, wife free after five years etc.
Babies were stabbed, cut, sewn together or fed to the dogs, 10y old boy quartered because he didn’t want to cut of heads of babies – which later some other did – all in sort of a satanic community with a lot of money involved. Nihoul etc. went moreless free, others not even a trial.
Dirtiest story ever, imo, and for 100% sure still going on, sadly. Evidence list ~1250 pages long. Death penalty is not enough for these guys, presumably at least 30 people involved.

One particularly disgusting fact is that Dutroux’s wife – who let 2 little girls starve to death in the cellar dungeon whilst her husband served a short sentence – is now free and living in a convent. Her lawyer says she deserves "another shot at life".
This is one of those cases where my stomach actually does turn when I think about what went on. And QT is almost certainly right that it’s still going on.
And here in the UK I’m sure we have something similar – a few years ago the papers were full of the ‘Westminster Dossier’ that detailed child abuse carried out by the rich and powerful. And of course the investigation was stalled by incompetence, judges being dismissed or replaced… and now we hear the ‘dossier’ has been mislaid and the media have forgotten all about it. It is hard to know what to do in the face of such brazen corruption and evil.

There is a Germn documentary available on youtube (with English translation) made by a Tv station – ie. full media law compliance… and they show some horrific images of child abuse with just the worst bits blurred out. I’m surprised it’s legal, and I wish I hadn’t seen it. It’s not as bad as QT’s descriptions but from what they show I can believe it got a whole lot worse. It’s one of those things you can’t ‘unsee’ once it’s happened, it’s haunted me for over a week now. For that reason I am not linking it here, those who want to see it can find it for themselves I’m sure.

I’ll always be a doubter when it comes to such theories (famous high-rank people involved in a pedophile network) but there are at least 2 women testifying they were abused as a child in such a network in Belgium and recognized some of their abusers on TV as famous personalities, and I can’t see why they would lie. Also, there was such a network in Angers, France, in which a social worker helped the abusing parents stay under the radar, and there are still rumors bigwig of the city actively participated in the abuse. So all in all, I guess it is not so far-fetched to think Dutroux is telling the truth when he says he was just the handyman in the Belgian network.
