I’m sure the links to CJB are obvious – I know there’s been a lot of work trying to tie the two areas of California together but I don’t recall reading if anyone had ever checked out the library connection, if there is one. Someone who had access to college kids through a job at this kind of place could answer a few hanging questions. For example, there is a difficulty suspecting any classmates of D/E and CJB due to the 6 year gap – this problem disappears if the perp was a library worker, perhaps one young enough to still feel a contemporary of the teens, still close enough to be a victim of bullying and rejection without being a classmate.
I looked into Ross Sullivan but he looks too young, not sure if any other POI would fit this bill?
