Ive read the synopsis on RS. so what is it that makes him a good suspect? he knew bates and worked in the library and some of his handwriting is similar?
when did he become a police suspect?when the library staff sent a letter to the police stating that Ross was a concern to them
yes but when was this? right after bates was murdered? years later?
