Yes, also that his fingerprints did not match the fingerprints left behind at the LB attacks or Stine murder, and that RPD discounted him as a suspect years ago.

But I’m sure Mr. Averly will come thundering in, calling us trolls who know nothing about the case.

The point is that yes, there is very strong, interesting evidence about Ross Sullivan. No one is disputing that. There are also some questions that need to be answered, and some evidence that seems to exclude him.

You’re a pretty angry and defensive person aren’t you!

Not really, so try not to get too upset when your post is challenged.

if someone jumped up and down screaming that he’s a 5’4” Mexican, I could see some people discounting that too.

You are proving my point, 5’4" is out of range. But if that person was hanging around the library the night of the Bates murder, then moved to the bay area for the time-frame of Z crimes, he would get a look.

No, that is not true at all. Stop spreading fake facts about the case!

Ross was hanging around the library the night Cheri was murdered?

Also, where in the Bay Area can Ross be placed for certain? I thought the closest was Santa Cruz, which is not the Bay Area.

According to the letter the librarian wrote, Ross was outside the night of the murder.

Yes, Santa Cruz is in the Bay Area, and 45min drive to SF.

Ross was also at Agnews sometime after 1971. (Santa Clara)

Tim Sullivan and his wife (CJB best friend) lived in SF (Upper Height) in 1969!

All this is buried in the Ross threads on this site.

If Ross was outside the library the night of Cheri’s murder, would he not have been scrutinized as possibly being her killer? That doesn’t sound familiar at all to me.

In the Bay Area, 45min is a short drive.

You can’t drive from Oakland to SF in under an hour at rush hour.

Again, did he need to kill her to be the Riverside letter writer? The link was to the letters.

With the Latest Shepherd knew Bates info and the mental hospital being across from the restaurant both women frequented. There is so much pointing at Ross Sullivan.

I haven’t proven that Bates and Shepard knew each other. But if you want to take my word for that anyway, then you also need to take my word for Sullivan being under lock and key for the Berryessa attack.
:D

Please provide more details about Ross’ confinement Tom !

I second this!

Ok, by that logic, it would take a week to drive from Santa Cruz to SF, no?

See attachment below.

Says the RPD. They checked him out. He had an alibi, and to this day that have a prime suspect – not Sullivan.

Ok, so you believe RPD, that BB was the perp.

And what is your source for this?

You come on here and blast Morf, claiming he is spreading false facts about this case, and then you make this bogus claim.

Are you suggesting that the person who shot Paul Stine is different than the person who stabbed Bryan and Cecilia?
