For those of you that haven’t figured this out already here is how to have your email taken over, I mean automatically subscribe to a topic once you post in it.

Go to your user control panel, board preferences, then in the left menu, edit posting defaults. Once there ensure ‘Notify me upon replies by default:’ is set to ‘Yes’. And submit.
