If we are right, this structure contradicts the current models of the universe. It was a huge surprise to find something this big – and we still don’t quite understand how it came to exist at all.

Wow, the guys have to go back the drawing board and start again the calculations (to explain this to us, or somehow disprove) Mysterious Ways.

Prof Balazs estimated the chances of it occuring randomly 1 in 20.000. But they have been wrong before, a few years ago, they made mention of particles/or something going faster than the speed of light but it was later revealed that these tests results were flawed.

If this could debunk the big bang theory I wonder how they will explain the cosmic background radiation…
