I rented a movie a few years back. It was loosely based on the case. Guy was supposed to be the Zodiac but it was really strange. Mostly what I remember is there were a lot of flashbacks, strobe light effects and fast paced techno like music. Film seemed like an old 78 record played at 45 speed if some of us older folk remember I’m sure. Has anyone else seen this?
