‘There is no doubt I will do my thing’ is the start of a letter mentioned in FBI documents. Same FBI files mention it contained a cipher.
The above information is from 2014 and earlier..does anybody know if the letter exists somewhere for the public? If not, wonder we might do a request for the letter? If it contains a cipher, it’d be even more interesting..

Yes, it would be interesting to see that letter! I have never heard of it before. Makes me wonder how many Z letters are still being held back. I hope they can all be available some day.
