@tomvoigt Five differences?
Made a comparison. They are SIMILAR not equal, ok. Despite that, one can search through thousands of brands to find a similar one, too. I did – even requested brand books from the 70ies from California authorities – none was even close to.
Find the exact cattle brand (horses? outside Calif?) and one might know the ranch π

ΒThe right part of the symbol would be read as a ‘flying/running F’, could be a last name starting with F.ΒΒHere we go with an example for FR:ΒΒΒQT
Did you know that surnames beginning with F from that symbol were so popular on Tom’s website that he even bumped a year old post from 2018 that was suggesting F could be Farley. The posters name was Alby84.

No qualms there at all. “Bump for the noobs” it says.
Tahoe27 on the next page says it’s amazing how fast people are working their POIs into the comic.
No problem with that either.
Problems comes later when the name that pops out of the comic series once scanned and cross-checked is Farley.
Then it’s shoot the messenger time.

That I bumped it was not a compliment.
The point is how there are no discrepancies on your site about the symbol ending in F as a possible surname.
r F as the cattle brand initials was the original suggestion you went along with. R for Richard sounded good, but F didn’t fit, right?
It wasn’t R. I thought initially it was Richard Farley the mass shooter. When you use the dice symbols indicated by paraDICE you hit on issue#22. Which BTW, your own website members had already pulled up with the skeletons on the cover because they thought it might have something to do with the solve.
It does, they just never correlated it with DICE and the symbol for 2+2 or issue #22. I solved that and so gave them the reason for selecting that comic in the first place.
Like I said, very little I am doing hasn’t been done before or isn’t just a slight modification here and there which seems to work out.
Golf. Such an easy theme. Connected to the case and all. So the Zodiac just repeats the same clue theme over and over again because no one is getting it.
Very simple stuff really. Anyone can follow it and understand it. No mental gymnastics required.
