A fellow researcher loaned me a copy of Times 17 recently. I scanned the book and shared it here:
Read Gareth Penn’s "Times 17" Online
At almost 400 pages long, the book is tedious to scan, but even more so to read!
Thanks, Dave… I think.
If anyone is interested, i’ve uploaded this book in epub & mobi formats for easy viewing on your phone/tablet.

Thanks for doing that!
I’ve mirrored the files here for convenience:

That makes my brain hurt but thanks for sharing that, Dave.
Gareth Penn may hold the unique distinction as the only person that has proposed a Zodiac suspect, written a Zodiac book, been proposed as a Zodiac suspect himself and even had people suspect those accusing him (Chris Farmer) of being Zodiac (yes, I’ve seen that discussed). Personally, I suspect that the people accusing Farmer of being Zodiac may have been involved in a Zodiac conspiracy themselves, although I’m a bit reluctant to discuss this theory for fear of implicating myself.
What a bizarre and senseless recursion! It is like an echo chamber that never ends.
Don’t forget Grant. Doesn’t he include Penn in his theory?
I read Penn in 1998. Ah, the good old days! I had never heard of "one ring phone calls" until then…
