Where did the information that ALA molested or touched Cheney’s daughter come from?
Towards the end of this post: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=3390#p53171 it says "Don Cheney is full of crap, just go read the things that he has said and you can’t possibly believe that he is telling the truth. He thought that Allen molested his daughter and he wanted to get his revenge, simple as that."
What has Cheney said to lead someone to make this allegation?
I interviewed him in 2000.
Also:
"Voight thinks it is Gyke, so anything that points away from other suspects is taken as gospel by him."
Pardon?

The truth hurts, huh? Is that your post on reddit about Gyke? Thought you were banned from the sub!

What truth? What post? I have no idea what you are talking about.
I don’t post on reddit, but I saw your quote about me. Care to explain? Or are you just spouting rubbish?
I think I already know the answer…
Oh I get it now, you are one of those on reddit who believe I have secret user names and post there in disguise. Well, I don’t.
"Hi Tom! Is there any evidence Gaikowski knew how to compose a sophisticated route-transposition and substitution cipher? Is there any evidence he owned and used a gun? Is there any evidence he knew the "tape a penlight torch to the barrel" trick?"
Yes, Gaikowski was a whiz at coding. In fact in the mid 1980s he initiated the first Internet bulletin boards. Plus he was known to communicate in code to people he knew. Plus he was raised during the post-WW2 era where cryptography was marketed as entertainment for kids.
(I’m always amazed how the most vocal anti-Gaikowski people always prove to know next to nothing about him.)
Guns? Is this a joke? Gaikowski was raised in rural South Dakota on a huge homestead where they either hunted or starved. Obviously he used guns and in fact that info came from several of his siblings.
And during the relevant Zodiac time period he was living in a commune that was pro-violence and pro-weapons. And the commune published photos of various components in its arsenal. Now, do I have a picture of Gaikowski from July 5th, 1969 holding the exact weapon used to kill Darlene Ferrin? No, sorry. By all means use that to write him off.
Anyone who ever read a hunting magazine or a detective magazine or watched television would have known about attaching a flashlight to a gun to shoot at night.
Anything else? This is pretty lame.
I believe it was ALA’S brother and sister in law who raised the possibility that Cheney had this as a possible motive for his story.
Apparently, Cheney had complained to ALA’s brother about the incident just after it happened.
Cheney added more and more details to his original story about ALA being Zodiac as the years went on. Hence why people tend to believe he was making the whole thing up.
