IF this was a genuin Zodiac communication, could the numbers on the two key’s be some kind of Zodiac cipher key ?
The numbers on the two keys are: 58851 and 58351 (now corrected thanks to info from Tahoe27

The 2nd one is not 58851…it is 58351.
When you look at a close up version, you can see what appears to be two eights are quite different in shape.
The one for sure is: 58351
Look closely at what some think are two 8’s. They are completely different stamps. Look at the fat belly atop the first "8". It does not match the next number…which is a "3".
My PO Box key was issued in 1991. The "3" is rounded.
This is my key–the last number is "3":

The only reason I share this (again) is to show people if the numbers on the keys aren’t portrayed accurately, all the theorizing in the world will not matter.

Sort of ties in with the letters the multiple stamps and the keys ,. Just thinking out loud..
