I can’t pick on the Lands all the time, my first clews led me to any park rangurs as being the area to look at in every crime involved. There is other ParkRangurs involved. Monticello Resort owned by Ranger White’s parents.(I can’t remembur the first names ) What month did Monticello get flooded to form Lake Berryessa?
Ranger Sgt. White was not related to Archie and Elizabeth White. It specifically says so in the police report.

The last buckets of concrete for Monticello Dam were poured Feb. 26, 1957. The dam was filled by damming up Putah Creek, rain and runoff. Filling the lake was something that was accomplished by nature with no particular starting month. The dam was built higher and higher with the Putah Creek waters contained behind it.
