This topic is something that I posted on yesterday but it really needs to be in this section of the website. The subject is the Cipher sent by Z on Nov 8 and, maybe more specifically, Robert Graysmith’s deciphering effort. I would be overstating my capabilities if I said my Cryptography skills were ‘Amateur’ and this is partly my reason for posting this here as many will know much more than myself on this topic and whether the deciphering method Robert used is practical. So, here’s the Cipher, followed by R.G’s deciphered message:

What jumps out at me if this deciphered message is correct (and that’s a very very big ‘If’) is the "THOES FOOLS SHALL MEET KILLER. PLEASE ASK LUNDBLAD"
Assuming for a moment this is correct and the cipher does conceal this line of message then this has to be significant. Firstly, who specifically is Zodiac speaking of as the fools that met the killer? Is he speaking of The Police one the night of, or days and weeks after, The LHR Murder? Or are the fools he speaks of David and Betty and he’s suggesting they are fools for meeting him there? If so, this implies either David or Betty, even both, knew their killer and had arranged to meet him that night?
