The 13 character My Name Is cipher is a decoder for other ciphers i think. Put the middle z symbol dead center on the other ciphers and for the A move up or down 1, 5 for the E and so on, i don’t know about the symbols. He got spooked by the Harden’s figuring those ciphers(which were sent to different newspapers all at once) out in a week and i think he released these ciphers a month or so apart just without saying, like he later says about the crimes he’s gonna do. Maybe it works in tandem with the key figured out by the Harden’s.
