I noticed that when we arrange the text message from the 408 in columns , with the same proportions as the original . i.e. , 17 columns and 24 lines , in the upper corner appears "EL REY" , which , in a search , roughly , was a movie theater in Vallejo CA -Tennessee Street
I found the movie posters of the time very interesting

Yes, 32 Fresno Street was/is walking distance from this area of Tennessee Street. Also ACE Hardware was too.
